Shipping & Returns


While we think you’ll love every aspect of our speakers and want to live with them forever, we do offer a full refund on undamaged speakers within 30 days of receipt if you decide for some reason that you want to return them.

Returns must be in their original packaging.


WHAT DO I DO IF MY SPEAKERS ARE DAMAGED UPon RECEIPT?

Contact us immediately and include photos of the damage that you see upon unboxing of your speakers.

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS TO DAMAGED SPEAKERS?

We will replace damaged speakers free of charge. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Contact us to initiate the process.

Please include photos of the damage if the damage is physical. If the damage does not appear to be visible, please describe the issue you are noticing and we will try to help you resolve your issue or initiate a return for repair if necessary.

SHIPPING

We ship within the continental United States. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your product ships. As an insurance measure, our shipping provider requires a signature at delivery, so you may consider using a work address. Our shipping provider will not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Shipping within the continental United States is included in the price of the speakers.

Please email us for shipping information about Alaska or Hawaii.

Our shipping materials do not include any plastic, foam, or non-recyclable materials. We care very much about the impact of plastic on our ecosystem and have chosen our packing materials for that purpose. Please recycle all of your packaging once you determine that you intend to keep your speakers.

We have worked with our shipping provider to offset the carbon footprint of shipping your speakers to you.
